I haven't gotten the item yet, and I've attempted to track it via Royal Mail. So, I can't really say much about it; it's pretty annoying to get a feedback email before the package shows up. Rhino cases haven't replied, and the chat just said, 'it has been fulfilled'!!! No phone number to reach out to either!

I had to wait a bit due to the mail strike, but it finally showed up in my mailbox today. I'm really pleased with how it fits and how my iPad rests in the grooves. It does wobble a little when propped up, so you gotta apply a bit more pressure with some tasks! Other than that, everything's great, and sending good vibes to Rhino! 🤗

What a shady company! I ordered a case for the iPad 9th generation. The website displayed a case without an internal pencil holder. Instead, I received a case that had one, making it the wrong item. This design flaw makes the case uneven and wobbly when set up horizontally. I tried to follow their returns policy on the website to get a shipping label, which is supposed to be PRE PAID (you can check it). They (Fay) denied my request. I’m hesitant to waste more money on this, and honestly, I don’t trust them to stick to their refund policy anymore, given their past actions. They must be aware of this, so it seems like their unofficial Returns Policy. AVOID Rhino Cases because even when they send you something that doesn’t match the description (check the Consumer Rights Act 2015), they want you to cover the cost of fixing it. Just plain cynical.

This site is super easy to navigate and the delivery was really quick. Couldn't have asked for a better transaction.

Sturdy, well-crafted, and offers good protection. I might take off half a star due to the strap being a bit clumsy.

This is my second purchase from Rhino Cases, and I gotta say, the quality is top-notch. I had to get a new one since I switched my iPad. I’m giving it 4 stars because I’m not a fan of the color; I went with Rose Gold since the red was out of stock. It has a shiny finish that reminds me of nail polish, which isn’t really my style, but hey, that’s just me. Plus, this case comes with a built-in pencil holder (for the 9th gen) that’s at the front edge, making it a bit bulkier. That’s great for some folks, but I don’t use a pencil. I noticed that when it’s closed, the lid doesn’t quite align with the front edge of the base, so the bright pink inside is visible. The extra size also shifts the Apple logo in the middle of the hole, which might matter to some people. I returned the case without any hassle and would definitely recommend this company. I’d buy from them again for sure.

This case for the iPad feels way more durable compared to others I've purchased. I'm especially impressed with the deeper grooves inside that allow me to prop the iPad up, plus I can use it in portrait mode instead of just landscape. It's worth the extra cash I typically spend. Exactly what I was looking for. First off, I can spin the iPad around and use it in portrait orientation, plus it keeps my iPad pencil safe on the charging port. The quality is top-notch, and considering it's one of the more affordable options out there, it's a great deal as well. I'm really happy with my Rhino case.
